I bought these brakes for the sole intent of getting rid of brake dust that was accumulating seemingly in minutes on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT black chrome wheels. I can go several days of in town driving and barely see a difference in shine now.On to performance. I have done a decent amount of testing using my HUD, and these actually out performed my stock brakes by a few feet especially after a few warmups. These things really stick. Although I haven't done a track day with it, I'm sure brake fade will come into play long after the the stock pads would have.Long story short, I recommend these pads. Its a little extra money spent that will keep your wheels clean, give you some extra performance, and by several accounts last longer than a semi metallic pad will, which will offset the extra cost.
